Are your homes pet-friendly?
Yes. Feel8Home homes are pet-friendly with prior approval. A pet deposit and pet fee apply. Please tell us the number, type, and size of your pets when you inquire. The applicable amounts and pet terms will be confirmed before you sign your lease.
How do I confirm availability and pricing?
Send your preferred move-in date, expected move-out date, household size, and any special needs. Seema will confirm availability and pricing, or suggest another suitable home. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a home.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Self Check-in instructions are shared before arrival. Please request any early arrival or late departure in advance so we can confirm whether it is possible.
Are parties allowed, and what are the quiet hours?
Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please respect neighbors, follow parking rules, and keep noise at a considerate level throughout your stay. Overnight occupants must be approved for the booking.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted inside the home. Candles and other open flames are not permitted. Please do not cover, disconnect, or tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is not included. Cleaning can be arranged on request; please contact us for availability and pricing. Linens and towels are provided for use in the home and should remain there at departure. Please avoid glitter and confetti, and remove outdoor shoes to help protect the floors.
What should we do before checking out?
Please leave the home reasonably tidy, allowing for normal wear and tear. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, put used towels in the designated laundry area, and dispose of bagged trash and recycling in the appropriate bins. Check for personal belongings, secure the home, and follow the property-specific departure instructions provided by our team.
How are utilities and maintenance handled?
Utility arrangements and any usage allowance or cap are outlined in your lease. Please report maintenance concerns or utility outages promptly. Our team will help coordinate the next steps and arrange access with you when service is needed.
Can we extend our stay or change our dates?
Please contact Seema as soon as you anticipate a change. Extensions depend on availability and written approval of the updated terms. Notice requirements, cancellations, and early termination are governed by your signed lease.
What if we leave something behind?
Contact our team with a description of the item and the home you stayed in. If it is found, we can coordinate its return and confirm any shipping or handling costs before sending it.
